Francois Dischinger is a South African-born German photographer living and working in New York. He has photographed architecture ever since acquiring his first camera as a child in the 1970s, embracing unusual details, angles, and framing to create unique and personal images. Using a traditional large format film camera, his work has been featured in The New York Times Magazine, Architectural Digest, Wallpaper, Harper’s Bazaar, and Town & Country UK, among others.
